Upstairs is a third-floor attic conversion with steeper, narrower stairs, 1 queen bed, 1 folding cot twin, and a large sofa. Kitchenette w/ dining table, coffee maker, microwave & mini fridge — light cooking only (1 pot, 1 pan, utensils; a plug-in hot plate is available but not ideal for heavy cooking).

No smoking or vaping of any kind, indoors or outdoors — violations incur a $500 smoking fee. Must be comfortable with stairs (2nd floor plus steep attic stairs). Sliding barn doors on both bathrooms have no locks. Home is on a main street — some noise possible. Pet-friendly with prior registration; $100/pet fee applies per pet, guests must pick up after pets. 🚗 Parking: 1 standard vehicle parking spot at the back (only 1 vehicle). To get there, navigate to 2050 S 10th St, Tacoma, WA 98405 — this takes you to the alley off 10th St. where the back parking is located. This home has 3 units; your entrance is off Sprague (light beige building — the blue house on the lot is not your unit). 👟 Please remove shoes inside the home. 🔇 Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. 🚽 Only flush toilet paper—no feminine products or wipes. 🛠️ This is a 100-year-old home with older plumbing. Guests will be billed for any clogs or backups.
